

Michael “Jason” Henry, 55, of Fayetteville, passed away peacefully at his home Monday, May 26, 2025. Born March 25, 1970 in Russellville, Jason was the son of the late Frank and Marie (Koen) Henry. A dedicated and highly respected certified steel inspector, Jason worked for NWA Steel, where his expertise and work ethic made him one of the most sought-after professionals in his field. His commitment to his craft and his integrity earned him admiration from colleagues and clients alike.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a nephew, Erik Hensley.
Jason’s greatest pride was his family. He is survived by his two sons, Sloan Henry of New Orleans and Seth Henry of Fayetteville, who will forever cherish his love. He also leaves behind his siblings and their spouses, Karen and Terry Crabb of Bentonville, Kim and Paul Hensley of Russellville, Kelly and Kevin Lewis of Tulsa, and Gregg and Kathy Henry of Murfreesboro, TN – all of whom will miss his presence deeply.
A memorial service will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday, May 31, 2025 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fayetteville. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
Jason will be remembered for his kindness and giving spirit, and the laughter he brought into the lives of those around him. He loved his family and friends dearly.
