Samuel E. Kizer, Jr., 58, of Alma, passed away Monday, December 14, 2020 at his home. He was born May 3, 1962 in Ozark. He was retired from Exide Technologies in Fort Smith, and was a member of Concord Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by a sister, Suzanne Elisa Kizer; and his grandparents, Shirley and Jack Kizer, and Lennie and Jim Masterson.
He is survived by his parents, Jeri and Sam Kizer of Alma; a sister, Candace Collins and husband Ronnie; a niece, Haley Collins; and a nephew, Chance Collins, all of Ozark.
Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 17, at New Cemetery in Mulberry, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Collins, Chance Collins, Rusty Masterson, Kenneth Warden II, Rickey Dale Morse, Fred Smither, Jr., and T.J. Smither.
Viewing will be from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 16, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
