Shirley Joan Wing, 85, of Van Buren, passed away Sunday, March 2, 2025 in Fort Smith. She was born December 18, 1939 in Clarksville to the late Thomas and Faye (Sparks) Lee. She had been a secretary.
She is survived by her husband, Joe Wing of the home; a daughter, Jennifer Skelly and husband John of Van Buren; a son, Thomas Wing and wife Renee of Van Buren; six grandchildren, Aaron Hodges (Jessica), Jerry Wing (Carlie), Justin Wing (Megan), Connor Skelly, Jake Wing (Lindsey), and Jackson Wing (Lindsey); and nine great-grandchildren, Evelyn Belt, Joel Hodges, Ella Wing, Natalie Wing, David Wing, Clayton Wing, Tanner Wing, Ava Wing, and Waylon Wing.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. Ashes will be placed at the Fort Smith National Cemetery.
