Thell Lee Peevy, 88, of Alma, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2024 in Fort Smith. He was born October 4, 1935 in Alma to the late Burl and Sarah (Rogers) Peevy. He served in the U.S. National Guard, and was a mechanic for Allen Canning Co.
He is survived by his wife, Reba Peevy of the home; three daughters, Samantha Hill of Alma, Tanya Peevy of Baton Rouge, LA, and Cynthia Peevy of Mulberry; two sons, Michael Peevy of Dyer, and Kenneth Peevy of Alma; two brothers, Randall Peevy of Van Buren, and Vilus Peevy of Alma; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. Ashes will be placed at Simmons Cemetery near Dyer.
