Walter D. “Bo” Nigh, 83, of Van Buren passed away Friday, September 19, 2014 at his home. He was a retired Credit Manager for S.F.A. Farmer’s Co-Op in Van Buren, a member of City Heights United Methodist Church in Van Buren, and a veteran of the Korean Conflict, serving in the United States Air Force.
He is survived by his wife, Dottie of the home; two sons, Lee Nigh and wife Andrea of Van Buren, and Mark Nigh of the home; a grandson, Cole Nigh of Branson, Missouri, and two sisters-in-law, Mary Nigh of Fort Smith, and Debbie Nigh of Springfield, Missouri.
Memorial service will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends immediately following the memorial service. Interment at Fort Smith National Cemetery will be held privately, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.
The family will visit with friends from 6 pm to 8 pm Monday, September 22, 2014 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
