Angus Campbell Bain died on Sunday, June 7, 2020. He passed peacefully in our home and surrounded by family, his wife Karen, son Tad, and his little sister Dorothy. Close friends, Miyra-Kari Olney and Mr. Ian Johnson were by his side to the end. He lived bravely with pancreatic cancer for the last two years. He is at peace now.
Angus is pre-deceased by his father, John Campbell Bain, and mother, Annie Bain nee Low. He is survived by his sister Dorothy Barker (John), his brother Peter Bain (Roslyn), his sister Elizabeth Pearce, his nephews Jonathan McFarlane, Lockland Corley, Malcolm Bain, Geoff Bain, Kyle Barker, Craig Barker, and nieces Kelly Neumann, Chantel Esposito, Mason Barzilay and their families.
There will be a celebration of Angus’ life at a later date. Additionally, there will be a memorial motorcycle ride with a stop at a pub to honour one of the things Angus loved and the friends he shared it with.
Angus loved bright yellow daffodils, so please plant some in your garden this fall to remember him by as they bloom each Spring.
