BAIN, Dallas Wayne Alexander Kla-lee-la-wic(Sunrise: September 12, 1983 – Sunset: March 17, 2016)It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dallas Wayne Alexander Bain Kla- lee-la-wic. He will be remembered as a devoted father, hard worker and avid hockey fan. Dallas was born on September 12, 1983 in Vancouver, BC and died unexpectedly on March 17, 2016 in Fort St John, BC. Dallas descends from the Baker / Bain and Thevarge families and is survived by his parents Denise Louise Grant (nee: Baker) and Daniel Charles Bain; son Donovan Martin Alexander Bain; siblings Tashina Rae Grant (Alaric), Kolten Elliot Grant and Brandon McConville (Shea); special father Paul Grant; grandparents Dennis Lloyd Baker and Janet Baker (nee: Thevarge); great-grandparents Lucy Emily Baker (nee: Nelson); aunties Krista Cassandra Baker, Lori Vanessa Baker, Nicole Davina Emme Baker, Carolyn Roberts (Bill), Margaret Bain, Charlotte Beale and Kiah Grant; uncles Jason Lloyd Baker, Dennis Derek Baker (Rachel) and Eric Bradley Baker; grandaunts Sandra "Yvonne" Sam (Charlie), Darlene Violet Baker and Pamela Constance Baker: granduncles Chief Franklin James Baker (Nuu), Wayne Charles Baker (Mariana) and Wade Steven Baker (Mary); dear friends Kaitlin Marie Martin and Ashley "Crash" Watson; special brothers Marcus Wooden, Andrew Wilde, Shawn Van Wyk and Dave Duncan; and many loving relatives and dear friends. A Shaker Prayer Service will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Shaker Church, 104 Mathias Road, North Vancouver and a Shaker Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 25, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Chief Joe Mathias Centre, 100 Capilano Rd, North Vancouver.
