Doreen Larsson, aged 98, passed away peacefully on October 11, 2025 at Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster. A woman of grace, strength, and deep curiosity, she lived a rich and full life that spanned nearly a century.
Born in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, she carried a lifelong passion for exploring the world. Whether crossing oceans or discovering hidden gems closer to home, she embraced each journey with wonder and joy, leaving behind stories that inspired all who knew her.
She will be deeply missed by her daughter Diane and two grandchildren Michelle (Andrei) and David (Paula) and all those whose lives she touched with her wisdom, and adventurous spirit.
Her legacy lives on in the hearts of her family and the memories of the many places she visited with love and enthusiasm.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff at Thornebridge Gardens in New Westminster, whose care and kindness brought comfort during Doreen’s final years.
