Ray is survived by his loving partner Berend McKenzie, daughter Lisa, grandchildren Jake and Emily as well as his best friends Rob, Maria, Chris and Todd.
Ray was a loyal friend and a hard-working business man. He was so very proud of his company, Can-Am Air-Conditioning, and of his business partner Jesse Finestone to whom Ray handed over the reigns.
Ray was happiest sitting by the ocean or floating through the mangroves in Mexico where he spent most winters. Ray was also a ferocious lover of animals and we are all sure he is right now playing with his dear pets Mojo, Keighla, Tosha, Maynard, Mitzy and Buster.
Ray’s presence will be greatly missed but his legacy will live on through his friends and family.
