Esther passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, April 29, 2016 at the age of 105 years. Esther was predeceased by her husband Henry Tom and is lovingly remembered by her family, her sons Daniel Tom, Chester and his wife Fern. She will live on in the hearts of her six grandchildren Albert (Joanne) Tom, Eddie Tom, Carol (Calvin) Ohno, Glenn Tom (Samantha King), Matthew Tom and Jason Tom, and her four great grandchildren Brittany Tom, Sandra Tom, Jacklyn Ohno and Jonah Tom as well as many nieces, nephews and grand nephews and grand nieces. Esther was feisty to the end and will be greatly missed. We Love you, mom, grandma and great grandma. In lieu of flowers donations in Esther's memory may be made to The Alzheimer's Society of BC or Haro Park Centre Society.
