She was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to Canada in 1972 as a newlywed, going on to have two children. She devoted her life to taking care of her parents and her children. She was also a loyal employee of the Bank of Montreal for 30 years. During her spare time, she found ways to serve her community by volunteering for various charities and her church.
Florence was predeceased by her parents. She is survived by daughter Lisa (Robert), son Tom (Tammy), and 4 grandchildren (Maria, Charlotte, David & Kenley).
They invite you to join them for a funeral service at 10:00 am on December 30, 2022, at Hamilton Harron Funeral Home. Instead of flowers, the family would like donations made to one of the following organisations: St. Paul’s Foundation (St. Vincent’s Langara Care Home) or Alzheimer’s Society of BC or BC Children’s Hospital.
