Ms. Germaine Elizabeth Hewer was born on April 15, 1985, in Burnaby, British Columbia, and passed away on August 26, 2023, in Vancouver, British Columbia, at the age of 38 years. A Memorial Service for friends will be held on Friday, November 24 from 2:30-4pm at Glenhaven Memorial Chapel.
