

is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Lee and 5 children: Niki Karmali, Vince
(Shannon), Adrian (Brandi), Christopher (Erika) and Patrick (Hayley) and
grandchildren: Jan, Aly Khan, Sean, Mark, Sophia, Violet and Liam.
Born in London, England, Graham emigrated to Canada in the '50s and began a
career in hospitality working for The University Club, Point Grey Golf Club
followed by 24 years as General Manager of the Vancouver Lawn Tennis &
Badminton Club.
After retiring from the Club, he and Lee welcomed over 12,000
guests into their home, Greystone B&B, where they enjoyed countless Happy
Hours in the garden or by the fireplace. Graham's sense of humour was
legendary often entertaining guests with sketches from Fawlty Towers or a 'silly'
walk or two.
Graham had an adventurous spirit for travel, loved theatre and the arts including
music from Oscar Peterson to Chopin, and was always open to new tasting
experiences at an eclectic assortment of his favourite restaurants.
Graham will always be remembered as a soccer fanatic supporting the
Vancouver 86ers, Vancouver Whitecaps, Manchester United and participating in
youth soccer both as a coach, referee and president of Dunbar Soccer
Association. He travelled to three World Cups including in the U.S., South Africa
and cheered on Canada in Mexico 86.
