Jaime Donald Torrebadell

March 6th 1965 to October 11th 2011

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing away of Jaime at home with family which was unexpected at 46 years young. He is survived by his loving wife Peggy; daughter Anastasia; father Jaime Sr.; father in law Nick Blathras; mother in law Anna Blathras; brother Sean; sister in law Christina Evans; brother in law Stuart Evans; Rita and Rob Sobkowich; nieces Teana and Carys Evans and Sharlainna; nephews Jaime Jr. and Gareth Evans; Daniel and Tomas Sobkowich . Jaime was born in Calgary and moved with his family to Vancouver where he met his guardian angel, Peggy his true love of 21 years. Jaime will be sorely missed by all he touched as he was a very loving, kind, sincere, caring, giving husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend. His great passion was cooking and feeding a full house of family and friends, he was to us all a true master chef. Funeral service will be held on Monday, Oct. 17, 2011 at 11:00 am at St. Nicholas & Demitrios Greek Orthodox Church, 4641 Boundary Road, Vancouver. Reception immediately following service with interment following at Valley View Memorial Gardens, Surrey . In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Jaime’s name to a charity of your choice.
