On September 29, 2025, the world lost a loving man at the young age of 39. Kyle stood for justice, helped those in need, and lived with an open heart, always giving, caring, and offering help wherever it was needed. He loved staying active, working out for hours, he loved being healthy, pushing boundaries and limits, skateboarding, singing, exercising, and spending time, even living, outdoors. We were so proud to hear he completed his personal training courses and was in the process of living his life long dream of being an arborist!
Kyle carried a deep connection to his Native Anishnawbe roots and culture, which shaped much of his life. Most knew that in a divided world, he dreamed of one filled with humility, justice, peace and love. He was Christian and intertwined his faith with his Anishnawbe Ojibway culture and beliefs as well.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, including but not limited to his grandparents Melvin Blaker and Shirley Stewart (both predeceased), Margaret and Raymond Jensen (both predeceased), and David Lewis (predeceased).
Kyle will forever be loved and remembered by his mother, Heather Lewis Blaker, and is reunited in spirit with his predeceased father, Melvin Blaine (Chiefy) Blaker, and siblings Nicole, Dylan, and Zach. He will also be dearly missed by his surviving siblings, Cheyenne and Jesse, along with his nieces, nephews, Auntie Karen, Auntie Charmaine, and many predeceased aunts and uncles.
He will also be remembered fondly by his many friends, who in truth were like his family.
May our beloved Kyle forever soar above the clouds, free as an Eagle in Gaagige Minawaanigozigiwining, the Land of Happiness, now resting in Heaven, embraced by the Creator.
