Lorne Roy Coleman gently passed away on August 25th, 2016 at the age of 91. Lorne was a combat WWII veteran in the European theatre. He was also a member of the Stanley Park Lawn Bowling Team, a championship team in 1994. He drove a taxi in Vancouver and also Priority Post for Canada Postal Service. He was predeceased by his sister Leona Lillian Cornett. Lorne is survived by Betty Young, longtime companion and friend, and many family members, including: three nieces, Alys Orsborn, Deborah Cornett, and Diane Cornett; two great-nieces, one great- nephew; several great-great-nieces and nephews, and one great-great-great-nephew. No memorial service will be held. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada are greatly appreciated.
