Mike was a son of the late R WIlliam “Bill” and Jean (Bauer) Kelly of Halifax.
Growing up in the North-End of Halifax, he attended St Stephens and St Patrick’s schools and St Stephen’s Church. He worked as a painter in Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and British Columbia, where he eventually retired.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by brothers Robbie Wade (in infancy) and Ricky. He is survived by brother, Shane (Annette), Halifax; niece Sara , Victoria B.C., and her children Julian & Caylyn. Arrangements have been entrusted to Glenhaven Memorial Chapel, Vancouver. Interment in Boal Chapel & Memorial Garden, North Vancouver; at a later date. Donations may be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.
