Norman is survived by his wife of 54 years, Charlotte (nee Burton), and three children Matthew (Cheryl), Patrick (Tanya) and Tiffany. His two beloved grandsons Evan and Cristiano. Norman was generous in nature and encouraged his family to care for the homeless. "For I was hungry and you gave me to eat..." Due to COVID -19 restrictions, there will be a private family mass.
