She was the matriarch of the family but her love and compassion didn't stop there. She was always giving of herself whether it was working as a nurse for over 30 years, being the MC at numerous weddings and functions, or heading up and organizing various Chinese Operas through the Chinese Women's Association where she was president for many years. She lead a very productive life and touched many people.
