William Keith Barnard was born on December 20, 1952 and passed away on September 13, 2023 in Vancouver, British Columbia at the age of 71 years. Robert will be dearly missed by his family, relatives and friends. Cremation with interment of Robert's urn at Boal Gardens, 1505 Lillooett Road in North Vancouver at a later date.
