Samuel Meyer Rosen

It’s with great sadness that we announce Sam Rosen’s passing. He was pre-deceased by his loving wife Ileen in 2008. He is survived by his children, Peter, Devorah, Myra (Mike), Heather (Eric), Ron (Jan), and Bev (Hans). Also left are his 10 grandchildren Sandy, Ann Michele, Leanne, Samantha, Tarazi, Chris, John, Char, Steven and Riah as well as his beloved great-grandchildren. Sam and Ileen travelled the world with great passion. Their love of family was evident with the constant gathering of us all at their home. Sam served his country overseas in WW2. Throughout his life he LOVED golf and also gave generously of his time to many charitable organizations including The Lions Club, Variety Club and the Zajac’s Ranch for children. He truly left his mark on the world he left behind and will be dearly missed. Sam’s spirit will be looking for par on the 8th fairway of the Richmond Country Golf Club.
