It is with great sadness we advise that Sean William O’Hara passed away surrounded by love of family at Vernon Jubilee Hospital on November 10, 2021. Sean was born April 26, 1965 in Seattle, Washington to his Late Father William Eugene O’Hara and mother Nora Anne Margaret (nee Moody). He grew up in Kent & Auburn and attended Totem Jr. High and St. Philomena School. Sean moved home to Canada in the early nineties. In Vancouver he attended Native Education Centre and received his GED. Sean was a very talented wood carver and enjoyed creating first nations art. Sean was proud of his sobriety. Sean was a quiet man with an incredible sense of humour. He was very loving, kind, and caring. He was a fighter and a true warrior.
Sean will be dearly be missed by his loving mother Nora Anne Margaret Campbell (nee: Moody) (Ben); spouse Cherish Swampy; son Alexander William Campbell; granddaughter Sierra; siblings Vicki Sue Apodaca (Dennis), Timothy Michael O’Hara(Melinda), Kelli Marlene O’Hara(Kelvin), nephews & nieces Aaron Luke O’Hara, Holly Brooke Lambert, Michael Dennis, Rajah Brooks, Jessie Rick, David Rick, Brandon Rick, Vanessa Rick; uncles & aunts Valerie Linda Marie Moody, Ron O’Hara (Judy), Carol Ann Pitzer; special friend Victoria Paul; and many loving relatives and dear friends.
