Shing-Fat Lam passed away peacefully on January 7, 2026, at the age of 85, with his beloved family by his side. He is survived by his wife, his son and daughter, and four cherished grandchildren. Now at rest with his parents and second older brother, he is also remembered by his surviving eldest and younger brothers.
A hardworking and dedicated man, Shing-Fat spent decades as a passionate farmer before retiring. He was kind-hearted and soft-spoken, known for his love for food and the joy of sharing meals with his family. He also treasured his regular coffee hangouts with his brothers; and his daily walks to Richmond Centre, where he enjoyed chatting with fellow seniors.
