陳玉珍 Yuk Chun Chan

It is with profound sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of my grandmother, Yuk Chun Chan, who peacefully departed this life on April 2, 2025 in Vancouver, Canada. She lived to a fine age of 95. She is survived by her two children, Peter (Louise) and 劉本兒 (李文傑), two grandchildren, Eric (Sheila) and Ann (Edward), and two great-grandchildren, Carter and Valerie. A loving great-grandmother, grandmother, mother, wife and friend, Yuk Chun Chan touched countless lives with her kindness, compassionate heart and selfless generosity. She had always prioritized others first over herself.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 10:30am at Mount Pleasant Universal Funeral Home – Chapel at 306 East 11th Ave., Vancouver, BC, V5T 2C6. We warmly invite all friends and family to join us in celebrating and honoring her remarkable life. The service will be followed by a cremation at West Coast Crematorium at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 3789 Royal Oak Avenue, Burnaby. A reception will follow at 1:30pm at Sun Sui Wah, providing an opportunity for us to share our cherished memories and stories of her.

For those who wish to send flowers, we kindly request that floral arrangements be delivered to Mount Pleasant Funeral Home before 2:00 PM, April 15, 2025.

我們懷著悲痛和沉重的心情，宣布我的祖母陳玉珍女士於2025年4月2日在加拿大溫哥華平靜地離開了人世，享年95歲。孝子女Peter (Louise)和劉本兒 (李文傑)，孝孫Eric (Sheila)和Ann (Edward)，以及曾孫Carter和Valerie隨侍在側。她是一位慈愛的曾祖母、祖母、母親、妻子和朋友，善良仁慈且無私慷慨，總是先考慮他人先於自己，令人無比溫暖。

告別儀式將於2025年4月16日星期三上午10:30於孟碧珊世界殯儀館（Mount Pleasant Universal Funeral Home）舉行，地址為306 East 11th Avenue, Vancouver V5T2C6。我們誠邀各位親朋好友與我們一同慶祝並紀念她非凡的一生。儀式結束後，火葬禮隨即在科士蘭墓園內的West Coast Crematorium進行，地址為3789 Royal Oak Avenue, Burnaby V5G3M1。隨後我們會在新瑞華酒樓準備素餐招待各位，分享與她的珍貴回憶和故事，時間為下午1:30。
