

Tony was born on April 23, 1931, in Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan, the son of Michele Daddario and Rosina Daddario (nee Tomasso). He proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean War. After his service, Tony built a long and steady career with Colonial Concrete in the New York/New Jersey area, where he was known for his dedication and strong work ethic. He also spent 25 years as an off-ice official at Madison Square Garden with the New York Rangers organization.
A devoted family man and man of faith, Tony held a devout love of God, a deep commitment to his family, and lifelong pride in his country. He was a loving husband to Judy Daddario and a loving friend to his former wife, Madeline Daddario. He was a proud father to Valerie Echavarria and Michele Daddario, and father-in-law to Hector Echavarria. He cherished his role as "Papa" to Eric Paglione and wife Diana, Stephanie Paglione, and Madeline Donovan. Tony was also a devoted brother to Jean, Robert, Thomas, and Frank.
A true New Yorker at heart, Tony was an avid fan of Frank Sinatra and a passionate supporter of the New York Rangers and the New York Yankees. He will be remembered for his steadfast devotion to those he loved, his quiet strength, and his lifelong commitment to service, faith, and hard work.
A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church, 8101 John F. Kennedy Blvd, North Bergen, NJ.
