I remember Noel and some of my other friends at the Arcade in Rochester NY, drin king ourselves stupid and laughing our heads. We lost touch and I didnt see noel again...Then I saw this obit.And he lived 45 miles from me in Englewood .

Noel was always respectful and a true businessman with lots of motivation going back to the Sandpiper days,he was the cool older cousin. We used to visit Sue and Noel above Abbot’s What a cool place they had. I am sorry I didn’t get to spend more time with him. We will miss you cousin.He always called me Cuz

Cap came into my life with my Aunt Mary when I was young.  My memories of him are more than I can write.  He loved life, the people in his life and Popeyes chicken!

I have known Noel since my younger days in Charlotte, Rochester, NY, and in FL.  He was valued to me and my family as a Brother I never had. Such a great person, loving, caring, full of positive energy! I know your flying high Noel up above! You will be missed greatly. RIP

When Noel was a baby I spent a lot of time with Aunt Sue watching  him. We were both honored to be named after our Uncle Noel a very special man. 
Noel  moved to Florida and loved it there but still had lots of friends and cousins in Rochester, New York.

Noel is my cousin I have so many memories with him it’s hard to pick just one as growing up our family was always together our mom and Noel mother was very close he use to tease them and talk British when they would say something to him he was a amazing person always smiling he will be missed by all especially me and my brothers and sisters but will be in our hearts forever love you cuz

In the day, The Penny Arcade was THE place for great music and good times Noel was always part of the party-whether it was beating all comers at Foosball or spinning all our favorites-which he knew without asking for requests! A gentleman through and through. Rock on my friend, Rest In Peace. 


Noel - you were always so kind and a true gentleman to me and my friends. Always making sure we were safe .

Never forgotten

Noel. You became friends with my brother Marc  and Chris as a kid riding bicycles and playing guitars. I've known you for years. You rented me a room the summer of 1982. We had so much fun!  You worked with my husband Doug at the Penny Arcade. We have been in touch over years and will truly miss you.

I am saddened to hear of Noel’s passing. I have very fond memories of this man back in the Charlotte days, as a DJ @ PA, he took my breath away each time I saw him! So handsome and kind. 
RIP Noel, you are one dude I was blessed to know. 

This photo from the tattoo shop in New York where we enjoyed an incredible life. We continued our journey in Florida and always had the best life together. He was such an amazing man. I miss you so much Cap.  You will never  ever leave my heart.  I love you ❤️

I will miss  my cousin he was more a brother he was always good to me  we did many things together throughout are lives making and flying cox airplanes  making  fire crackers  and some how managed to keep our fingers  played  and recorded music together  we went to Daytona Florida in a old red Ford van  and slept it on Daytona Beach the whole trip   sold stuff at a outdoor flea market at a drive in theater and made some good money Noel always 
had that golden touch  hit the dance clubs and met some nice girls and had a great time  I love him and he will always be   with me 

I'll greatly miss my Uncle Noel and will forever hold my memories of him and his mother close to my heart. 
It was an honor to have them in my life.
