Barbara Anne Von Hecht

Barbara-anne von Hecht passed away Saturday, December 7, 2013. She was born to the late James and Ethelyn Robertson on June 12, 1946. She was married in 1976 to John C. von Hecht, till 1987. They shared a home in Oxnard, CA where they raised two sons, Shaun and Justin von Hecht. In 1987 she moved to Pheonix, Arizona where she remained close to friends and family till June of 2013. Barbara enjoyed horseback riding, boating with her family and friends of the PCYC and entertaining. A bright and spirited soul, she brought her love of life to all who knew her. In addition to her two sons, she is survived by two grandchildren, Juliana and Travis Seawell; sister Martha "Honey" Gardner; and two nieces, Cynthia Anne Wyke and Debra Ruth Elliot. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 21 at 11 a.m. in the Charles Carroll Funeral Home in Ventura.
