Earl B Webster

Earl B. Webster, 96, of Ventura, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, September 21, 2010. He was born March 28, 1914 in Cross Timbers, Missouri, the oldest son of Verl and Myrtle Cook Webster, and had been a Ventura County resident 62 years.

In 1939, Earl became an elementary school teacher; he then went on to earn a bachelors and masters degree. He taught in the Santa Paula school district for 27 years, and had been a member of Ventura Missionary Church.

Earl had two children, eight grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren. He will be greatly missed, but will now be at peace with his wife, Pearle.

A memorial service will be held 3 p.m., Friday, September 24, 2010 at the Ted Mayr Funeral Home, 3150 Loma Vista Rd., with Pastor Gary Archer of the Ventura Missionary Church officiating.
