

Everett was born July 25, 1929, to James and Edna Brady in Oxnard, CA. He graduated from Fillmore High School in 1947 and enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1950. He married Sheila Stephens on November 18, 1961 and they lived together in Ventura for 53 years.
When Everett was on summer vacation during his high school years, he worked for an electrician and found his calling. He continued his career as an electrician until he retired in 1994. He was passionate about his work and was often a valuable resource for his peers. He was a member of IBEW Local 952 for 45 years.
In his free time he could usually be found in the garage working on some intriguing electrical project like the solar electrical system he built for his home or in the backyard tending the garden that always had several varieties of tomatoes.
Everett is survived by his wife, Sheila; sister and brother-in-law, Jeanette and Harold Thompson of Littleton, CO; sons and daughters-in-law, Dennis and Debbie Renner of Dodge City, KS and Charles and Mayra Brady of Ventura; daughter Kathryn Brady of Spartanburg, SC; grandchildren Thomas, Christopher, Julia and Alexis. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Virginia Dorman of Fillmore.
A memorial service will take place Saturday, March 28, 2015, 1:00 P.M. at the Ted Mayr Funeral Home, 3150 Loma Vista Road, Ventura, with the Pastor Dave Page officiating and honors by the United States Air Force.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Palms Memory Care at 111 North Wells Rd., Ventura or Livingston Caregivers, 1996 Eastman Ave., Ventura or an organization of your choice.
