

Born December 19, 1922 in Florence, KN., he came to Ventura in 1947, where he took up his trade as a butcher on the GI Bill, working for his uncles at the Fillmore Meat Locker. He worked in Ventura County for 50 years. Retiring early, but after a short time off, he went back to work till he was 70 and then retired his knifes.
He loved cooking family favorite's, homemade gravy, mashed potatoes and fried chicken. He passed his time making small yard art. He enjoyed being home and watching his big screen TV.
Jack was preceded in death by his brother, Ed and son, Ralph Green. He is survived by his daughter, Rita Antolik (Danny); grandchildren, Jimmy, Brian and Jack; great-granddaughter, Kayla. His longtime companion Lupe Ramos, who provided daily support and love. Along with Robert Moon and family.
Viewing will be held on Friday, February 24 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. at Charles Carroll Funeral Home, 15 Teloma Drive, Ventura. Reception to be announced.
