Nancy Ann Weber

Nancy Ann Weber was born to Foster and Jane Manly in Salt Lake City, Utah on October 15, 1937. She moved with her parents and sisters to Southern California at an early age. Nancy graduated from Monrovia High School in 1954 and moved to Ontario, California to start her young family. In 1969, Nancy was excited to relocate her family to the beach in Ventura. She was employed in the insurance industry for many years, retiring in 1990.

Nancy was a loving Wife, Mother, and Grandmother. She lived for her family and friends and is an eternal gift to all who knew her. Her happiest moments were those spent with all of us and all of you. Words that describe our Mother and Nana would be vibrant, beautiful, loving, generous, devoted, fun, and a proud Trojan and Green Bay Packer Fan!

Nancy and Jack Weber enjoyed traveling together, with their favorite destinations being Europe, The Hawaiian Islands and Palm Desert. Their social life in Ventura County included Saticoy Country Club, The Tower Club, Spanish Hills, and Harbour Island.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Suzy Ealand and husband Bill of Los Alamos and Sandra Lyon and husband Tony from Southern California; her sister, Mary Glasmann and family of Ogden, Utah and Jeff and Virginia Weber & children Wolfe and Elka of Ventura. Nancy (Nana) is survived by her adoring grandchildren, Brittany Parrish and husband Chris, Cuyler Stapelmann and husband Andy, Kathryn Ward, Nancy Finifter and husband Matt, Johnny Ward and wife Brittany, Jack and Henry Lyon at USC. Nana also has three great grandchildren, Hayes and Bowen Parrish and Eli Finifter of Santa Barbara.

Nancy was predeceased by her beloved husband of 44 years, in 2015, John H. Weber of Ventura County, her precious daughter, Sallyanne Ward, and her son-in-law, John Ward of Santa Barbara, both in 2010.

Nancy passed away peacefully with her family by her side of natural causes on Friday, February 17th after a recent series of strokes. She left on a stormy day and has entered her tropical paradise. She will be greatly and dearly missed by all whose lives she touched.

Services for Nancy Weber will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2017, 10:30 am, at Ted Mayr Funeral Home, 3150 Loma Vista Road, in Ventura. A reception to Celebrate Nancy’s Life will take place at Saticoy Country Club on Wednesday, February 22nd, at 1:00 pm. Family and Friends are invited.
