Patsy is predeceased by her parents , Mary Fraherty and Patrick Costello and by her brother, John. She leaves behind her cousins Martin and Emily in Ireland.
Cremation took place on June 2, 2023.
Patsy will be reunited with her longtime partner, Romeo Angelini on June 16, 2023, 1:00 p.m. at the Last Post Fund National Field of Honor, Pointe Claire, QC. She will be sadly missed by her longtime friend Angela ( Angie) Calabrese and her daughter, Pinuccia and friends. You are now with the angels. Rest in Peace. See you in Heaven.
