Phil Phillips passed away in Vernon Jubilee Hospital on February 16, 2016.
Phil will always be remembered by his best friend and loving companion, Joan; his daughters Susan (Terry) Kirchmayer, Kathryn (Ron) Midan and Carol (Ken) Bisgard; and his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He will be missed but never forgotten.
A memorial service will be held on Friday February 26, 2016 at 11:00am at Pleasant Valley Funeral Home, 4303 Pleasant Valley Road, Vernon, BC.
