She graduated top of her class from the Royal Columbian School of Nursing. She continued nursing at the Royal Columbian and, in later years. The Queen Alexander Solarium.
She was predeceased by her husband Ed and son Greg (Sheila). She leaves behind sons Ted (Maureen) and Ron also seven grandchildren; Kathy, Brian (Leah), Jess (Renee), Sandy (Jeremy), Tiffany (Travis), Brandi (Tim), Heather (Connor) and ten great grandchildren: Belle, Aeric, Austin, Logan, Fin, Riley, Josie, Declan, Kellan and Aiden.
Florence was also an ordained minister of the Victoria Truth Center.
She was a positive and loving person, whether you knew her for twenty minutes or twenty years, she would leave you in a better place than before.
Florence, along with her husband Ed were the best parents, grandparents and great grandparents that anyone could have wished for. She has left our visible world and is brightening whoever she meets on the far shore, and she has left indelible memories for those of us left behind.
For the past thirteen years she has been a resident of the Alexander Mackie Lodge where she made many lasting friendships. She was always grateful for the happiness and wonderful treatment she received during her time there.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.firstmemorialsaanich.com for the BELL family.
