Frank was born on August 4, 1935, near Niagara Falls, and spent his early years working on the family farm in Drumbo, Ontario, where he met his future wife, Margaret. Together, they moved through several southern Ontario towns before settling in Victoria, BC, in 1972. Frank built a long and respected career with Northwest Propane, later Superior Propane, working in Victoria, Parksville, and Nanaimo.
Upon retirement, Frank and Margaret embarked on countless adventures, traveling across Canada and parts of the United States in their fifth wheel. Eventually, they settled in Nanaimo, where they became active members of the Moose Lodge, finding joy in volunteering and making new friends.
Frank’s greatest pride was his family. He was a man with a big heart, always ready to lend a helping hand to neighbors, friends, and loved ones. His warmth, generosity, and steadfast devotion to those he cared about will never be forgotten.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all whose lives he touched.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Frank’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
