Karel passed away peacefully on November 9th, 2025 with his children by his side. Karel is predeceased by his wife Jean Chizeck and is survived by his children Colleen, Neil and Jennifer. The family wishes to thank the staff at the VGH and at the Victorian at McKenzie for their care and compassion.
A private family gathering is planned at a later date.
