Larry was born on a farm near Cymric, SK to Jacob and Johannah Frank and died peacefully at the age of 91. He married Aileen Pickard May 27, 1944 in Regina. Their marriage was blessed with five children, five grandchildren & two great-grandchildren. Larry is survived by his brother Walter, his children Darwin (Helaine), Gerry, Debbie (Éva) & Charmaine (Nathan), his grandchildren Matthew, Brian, Amber (Paul), Wesley (Gillian) & Roberta, his great-grandchildren Kieran & Everitt, his dear friend Inez, Grace, Sterling (Clare) & many nieces, nephews & friends. He is predeceased by his wife Aileen in 1996, his son Douglas, his brother Ernie and his sisters Alma and Hilda.
Larry served in the Navy in WWII. He entered the jewellery business in 1949 and spent the next 40 years doing just that. He worked alongside Aileen and their children in their stores and retired in 1989. He joined the Masonic Lodge in 1961 in Listowel and was Master of his lodge in 1971.
Larry was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Royal Canadian Legion of Harriston, ON, and Fairfield New Horizons on Cook St. Larry loved to play bridge, golf and his violin.
Larry loved life and had a very strong faith, believing in spiritual life after death and to be with Jesus and loved ones. He will be greatly missed by many.
