Lorraine Ingeborg Russell, age 91, of Saanichton, British Columbia passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2023.
A memorial service for Lorraine will be held Friday, January 19, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at First Memorial Funeral Services & Garden of Memories, 4725 Falaise Drive, Victoria, BC V8Y1B4, followed by a memorial reception from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
