With sadness we announce that Patricia Marie Anne Gudgeon (nee Oliver) passed away peacefully on October 7, 2015. Pat was born on Dec 9, 1926 and was predeceased by her husband Bill and her parents, Alphonsus and Gertrude Oliver, of Dundas Ontario. This smart, independent and beautiful lady will always be remembered by her children Mike (Shellie), Kevin (Diane), Greg (Cathy) and Chris; her thirteen grandchildren; Willie, Isabella, Amanda, Taylor, Kiara, Mitchell, Jared, Riley, Daniel, Tony (Tamara), Tavish, Charlie and Keating and her two Great-grandchildren Rylan and Gavin; her sisters in Ontario, Rosemary (Bert) Ward and Fran (Frank) Holik and their family members; and, many other extended family members and friends in British Columbia, Ontario and Saskatchewan.
Pat's greatest joys were her grandchildren, tennis and her friends and family who all meant so much to her over these many years.
A celebration of Pat's life will be held on October 26, 2015 at 2:00 at First Memorial Funeral Services at 1155 Fort Street. Pat was a supporter of many charities but one of her favourites was Santa's Anonymous and she would have preferred that donations be made there, or to a charity of your choice, in lieu of flowers.
