Living by the sea was an adventure for Bob and this experience inspired in him a lifelong passion for fishing. Later in life he spent many happy years fishing for salmon in the waters off Sooke.
Bob’s career was spent in the service of the BC Queen’s Printer and in his final years as Director of BC Mail Services.
Bob is survived by his loving wife, Susan Taylor. Daughters, Brenda Day (Peter) and Sandra Pfleger (Tom). Son, Robert Russell Beazley (Dawn). Stepdaughter, Eileen Coyle (Geoff Henwood Greer). Sister, Eileen Conway.
Also, the much-loved grandchildren: Nicki, Jamie, Brandon, Dylan, Ali, Theo and Frida.
The family would like the thank the doctors and home care nurses who cared for Bob. Their kindness and professional help over the years was greatly appreciated.
