I was shocked and saddened today to hear of Ron's death.  As children growing up in the small community of Telkwa, our lives were intertwined in many ways.  He and my brother Gary shot their first moose together (with a .22, where, wounded, it wandered off a long way, until the uncles had to hitch up a horse and buggy to go recover it.  Then the meat was too tough to eat lol),  Grampa George, as we called him, taught Gary how to tan hides and do taxidermy.  I was happy Ron went on and fought so hard for native rights.  I just wish I had known more of the real story behind what was really happening as we were growing up.  I have always admired and respected the George family, and I pray that he is resting in peace.  He certainly deserves it.


Our deepest sympathy goes out to the Ronald Alexander George Family.  May the love of family and friends help carry you through your grief.  It is very important for your family to cherish the many happy memories that your family has shared together.  We don't know what to say.  We can't understand exactly how you feel, but God does and will keep raising you up.  We hope that our prayers will help a little.  May you find comfort in knowing that your dear one is safe in the memory of god, who will remember every detail about him and bring him back again.  Know is the time to search the Bible for a scripture that will help to give your family the hope and comfort that they need.   Here is one.  It reads like this.  "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.  The former things have passed away."  Revelation 21:4
