Sarah, known as Sally to her friends; was born in Winnipeg Manitoba to Melville James Evans and Gladys Elliot Evans. She died in Victoria BC.
She was predeceased by her son James Alexander Campbell in 1984 and husband David Morrison Campbell in 2012.
Survived by Fiona Maye Weber, Richard John Weber, and Ian Alexander Campbell Weber and many nieces, nephews, and cousins in Canada, the US, and the UK.
Her charitable and creative interests were many and varied at home and abroad. If you care to make a donation to a charity of your choice, she would have approved.
There will be no funeral service.
