

Allison Claire Koenig of Fort Worth, Texas, formerly of Victoria went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, November 25, 2015. She was born October 5, 1989 in Cuero, Texas to Stanley and Regina Carbonara Koenig of Victoria. Allison graduated from Memorial High School in 2008 and attended UHV. She was an active member of both golf teams. Golf was her passion and she continued her golf career at the Victoria Country Club and most recently Shady Oaks Country Club in Fort Worth. She was an avid crafter, lit up a room with her smile, never met a stranger
and gave the best hugs. Allison touched the hearts and lives of so many people in so many ways. She and Michael loved sports; especially the Texans and the Texas Rangers.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sisters, Kim and Michelle Koenig both of Victoria, Stephanie Trevino (Roy) of San Angelo; her 4th sister Brittany Faas of Victoria; nephew, Cole Bagnall of Victoria; the love of her life and best friend, Bug-Michael Opiela and their dog, Rigby; grandparents, Jim and Dolores Koenig of College Station and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Neal and Rosemary Carbonara.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 6:00 pm Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Holy Family Catholic Church with a Rosary to follow at 6:00 pm with Rev. Jacob Koether officiating. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, November 30, 2015 at 10:00 am from Holy Family Catholic Church with Rev. Dan Morales, Rev. Greg Korenek and Rev. Bob Knippenberg officiating. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be John Henry Goodman, Roy Trevino, Kyle Bagnall, Brandon Morrow, Trent Lee, Richard Reyes, Kennan Koenig and Colton Koenig. Honorary pallbearers will be Carmel Jasso, Shelby Jasso, April Sobotik, Katie Fitzpatrick, Autumn French, The Posse and the 49'ers.
