Andrew Floyd Leal

Andrew was born February 18, 2009 in Victoria, TX to Stephen Matthew Leal and Betty Jean Salazar. He was a 9th grade student at Victoria West High School. Andrew was finding faith in Christ and read the bible daily. His recent baptism brought much happiness to him. He was beloved by his entire family. He was a devoted brother and son. He enjoyed drawing, cooking and playing video games. His passing has broken the hearts of many and he is dearly missed.

He is survived by his mother, Betty Jean Salazar; father, Stephen Matthew Leal; brothers, Noah Matthew Leal and Igor Vincent Leal; grandmother, Tomasa Ramos Leal; aunts, Veronica Drabek (Marcus Gebert) of Montgomery, Anna Miller (Dennis) of Victoria, Pilar Salazar of McDonough, Georgia, Cynthia Leal of Victoria, Ruby Parvaiz (Mansoor) of Montreal, Canada, Crissy Leal-Pozos (Mario) San Antonio, Joanna Hernandez (Bill) of Bulverde, Rebecca Gonzalez (Jay) of Victoria, Grace Leal (Vedran) of Houston; uncle, Victor Valderrama of San Antonio; cousins, Austin O'Brien, Dakoda Drabek (Avery), Hagen Drabek, Kalynne Mullens-Norris (Cody), Dylan Miller (Sadie), Hannah Miller, Saira Stair, Lorelei Stair, Olivia Stair, Vivian Stair, Farrah Parvaiz of Philadelphia, Amber Parvaiz of New York, Shane Leal-Willett of San Antonio, Carla Leal-Willett of San Antonio, Dylan Hernandez (Julia) of San Antonio, William Hernandez (Emily) of Bulverde.

Andrew was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Floyd G. Leal; maternal grandmother, Rosemary Salazar; and maternal grandfather, Mecindo Salazar; and great-grandparents, Florentino Leal and Aurora Balli and Faustino and Tranqulina Ramos.
