Barry Dean Phillips, 51, of Victoria passed away October 9, 2010. He was born to Claude Phillips and Patsy June Mayes Mobley. He was employed by Coffman Tank Service. He was a graduate of the University of Houston with a BS degree. He served his country in the United States Army.
He is survived by his father Claude Edward Phillips of Victoria; brothers, Robert Phillips of New York and Royce Phillips of Quito, Equador.
Graveside services will be at 2 pm Wednesday, October 13, 2010, the Aransas Memorial Park Cemetery in Rockport.
