Beverly Ruth Goode, 90, passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2019. Beverly was born November 21, 1928 in San Antonio, Texas to the late Nita Myrtle Hall Kelley and Charles Marvin Kelley.

She was a member of Central Church of Christ; loved all sports, especially the Cowboys and Spurs. She enjoyed and was well known for card writing to friends and family.

Beverly is survived by her sons, Howard Bert (Cheryl) Goode, Jr., Timothy Michael (Brenda) Goode and George Edgar "Doc" (Cheryl) Goode. She also leaves 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren to cherish her memory. Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Bert "Coach" Goode, Sr.; parents; 2 brothers; and 5 sisters.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Colonial Funeral Home, 1801 E. Red River St, Victoria, Texas 77901. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at Chamberlain Cemetery, 735 West Caesar Avenue, Kingsville, Texas.
