Billye Kay Newman

A longtime resident of Victoria, Billye worked alongside her beloved husband, Larry, in the insurance business they owned and operated together. Through their work, they formed lasting relationships and earned the trust and respect of countless families in the area. Additionally, they enjoyed traveling, especially to and throughout Colorado.

Billye was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Kenneth Newman Sr.; her granddaughter, Stephanie Kirkpatrick; and her parents, Ralph and Celesta Koenig.

She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Kirkpatrick of Sugar Land; her son, Kent, and his wife, Beth Newman, of Sugar Land; her brother, Dennis Koenig, and his wife, Bonnie, of Boca Raton, Florida; and her grandson, Dean Kirkpatrick of Austin.

Billye will be remembered most for her generosity, quick wit, and easygoing manner.
