Charlotte Lynn Fray, 81, of Victoria passed away July 23, 2014. She was born in Rusk County, Texas, April 24, 1933, to the late Barry and Ethel Spivey Brown. Mrs. Fray was a retired RN and worked as the State Public Health Nurse for Goliad County for many years. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Baylor College.
She is survived by her daughter, Carol Margeson and husband, Bob of Victoria; sons, Lee Fray and wife, Courtney of Victoria and Charlie Fray and wife, Annette of San Antonio; sisters, Beuna West of Wharton and Anita Sue Lovvorn of Frisco; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd L. Fray.
