

David Allen Dunham Sr., 62, of Bloomington passed away Sunday, February 27, 2011. He was born August 13, 1948, in Victoria to the late Melvin Henry and Dorothy McCord Dunham. David was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family and friends. He was an avid guitarist and loved music. David was formerly employed by Atzenhoffer Chevrolet for thirty-three years. He was currently employed by Victoria Oliver and the Kubota Tractor Company.
Survivors include his wife, Joan Ellis Dunham of Bloomington; daughter, Shelby Koliba and her husband, John, of Victoria; son, David Allen Dunham, Jr. and his wife, Amber of Bloomington; sisters, Jeri Alkek of Victoria and Harriett Glassenapp of Wylie; grandchildren, John Koliba, Jr., Cooper Koliba and Patrick Koliba; his faithful four-legged companions, Sister, Annie Joe and Princess.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Donna Fraquelli and Jean Beyer.
The family will receive visitors from 6:00 - 8:00 pm Tuesday, March 1, 2011, at Rosewood Funeral Chapel.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 am Wednesday, March 2, 2011, at Rosewood Funeral Chapel, Rev. David King officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth Durrant, Kevin Durrant, Oscar Montelongo, Johnny V. Hare, Jerry Alkek and Jacob Ellis.
Honorary pallbearers will be employees of Victoria Oliver Company.
