Doris Jean Murray Bratz, 79, of Victoria passed away December 4, 2011. She was born April 18, 1932, in San Antonio to the late William and Elizabeth Mueller Murray. She was a housewife and a member of the Northside Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Sandy Shrum, of Bentonville, Arkansas and son, August “Sonny” Bratz and wife, Iris, of Victoria; eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death her husband, August Bratz, and a son, Bobby Bratz.
Services will be held Wednesday December 7, 2011, at 10 AM at the Rosewood Funeral Chapels with the Rev. Tim Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Mike Lucas, Jake Atkinson, Jeremy Bratz, Phil Schelford, Earl Smith and Buddy Catledge.
